Yes, all of our products are applied in the safest manner possible for your health, home and pets as well as the environment.
Do we have to be under contract?
No, we do a one-time service and we do not lock our clients to a long time service agreement. Customers can always cancel their service agreement at anytime.
Can you come and service on an emergency call?
We are always known to be keeping our customers happy and in most cases, we try to accommodate all of our customer’s requests.
Will the rain wash out the chemicals?
Not necessarily, most chemicals can withstand the rain and products such as granules are activated by water.
How long are chemicals effective?
It varies, some last for 2 weeks and some last for 3 months.

How long does a termite inspection take to do, and why is it needed?
Some lenders require the termite inspections reports when you are applying for a loan either VA or FHA. Inspections usually take only less than an hour.
